How does it work?
Delivery & access
The eCertificate is sent to a predefined central email address or to the responsible property manager. It is simultaneously archived in the landlord portal.
Verification
Authenticity can be verified via the QR code on the document or via our verification tool. The digital fingerprint is compared against the data secured on the blockchain.
Release & claim
Termination can be processed directly in the landlord portal — with or without a claim. Alternatively by post or email with a printout of the PDF certificate.
