Do you need a payment deferral?
If you have a financial bottleneck and are unable to pay a recurring annual premium, you have the option of applying for a free extension of the payment deadline of up to 30 days or more, an installment payment agreement. Please complete the form opposite.
Has the rental agreement changed?
If there have been changes to the tenancy agreement, e.g. if someone leaves or enters the property, we can update your deposit guarantee and issue a new deposit certificate. Please note that you will need to re-register if the property address changes.
