Review and new certificate
goCaution reviews the application and sends the new surety certificate to the landlord.

Release the old certificate
The landlord releases the existing surety certificate of the previous provider.

Previous provider terminates the contract
Once the release has been received, the old contract is terminated.

Check for a refund
Proactively ask the previous provider about a refund of any remaining premium credit.
