In compliance with all data protection regulations, we obtain debt enforcement and financial information from third-party providers after you have submitted the application form. The applicant's creditworthiness is checked with credit agencies such as Intrum or CRIF.
A positive credit assessment is a prerequisite for concluding the contract. For shared tenancies: at least one tenant must provide a positive credit report.
