By concluding a goCaution rental deposit insurance, an insurance contract is established between the tenant as policyholder and ProTect Insurance SA.
The contract is concluded for one year and is automatically renewed for a further year unless the tenant cancels the contract in accordance with the applicable GTC. The current version of the GTC can be found in the insurance confirmation.
The landlord or their representative is registered as the insured party and beneficiary of the surety bond and receives a corresponding surety certificate to secure the rental deposit.
