The tenant is untraceable – what now?

This situation is a special case and is not one of the basic prerequisites for the payment of the rental deposit (Art. 257e OR).

Please send your claim application together with the documentation to claims@gocaution.ch so that our claims department can review the case individually and provide you with feedback.
