If there are no claims after the move-out, please release the surety bond promptly. This is done by completing and signing the surety certificate.
Send the completed certificate as a scan by email to cancellation@gocaution.ch. A postal original is not required.
Alternatively, you can release the insurer from the surety bond by means of a written notification stating the termination date and the tenant's new address.
