If you are moving to a new property, we can issue a new rental deposit surety bond in just a few steps. The condition is that the currently active surety bond is terminated by the landlord without any claims. We will make enquiries with your current landlord for this purpose.
To set up the new rental deposit surety bond, you can either complete the standard online registration or send us a copy of the new tenancy agreement together with your current contact details by email.
Please note that you must pay the full first annual premium for the new policy, as any premium credit from the previous policy can only be settled once your landlord has officially released the surety bond with us.
