No, premiums paid over the years are not refunded. This is provided for by law and corresponds to the practice of all providers.
However, goCaution will refund any premium credit on a pro-rata basis if the most recently paid premium invoice was not fully utilised due to your move-out.
Example: end of tenancy 30.11.2025, premium paid until 01.02.2026 → the premium for two unused months is refunded on a pro-rata basis. No additional fees are charged for the refund.
