If your rental deposit surety bond has been active for more than 12 months, we will refund part of the most recently paid premium. For this purpose, we carry out a daily pro-rata calculation of the unused insurance period.
Please note that the pro-rata premium refund can only be settled once your landlord has officially cancelled the surety bond and the policy has been terminated without any claims.
For the refund, goCaution requires your IBAN, unless it was already recorded at the time of contract conclusion. Unlike other providers, no additional fees are charged for the refund.
